Jaye’s career as a facilitator, executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant spans over 20 years. Her mission is to help people, teams, and organizations be vital and chart a course of action that is fulfilling for them – and produces extraordinary results. Her forte also lies in helping organizations build better leaders and managers. Her goal is to leave a lasting impact, utilizing a wide range of tools to educate and support leader’s vision and strategy and build resilient teams. She leads teams through a strategic planning process that is sustainable and results-oriented. Her designs are interactive and fun, yet practical. Jaye has had a life-time commitment to serving her women leaders and her community to support their growth, development and sustainability.
Jaye has worked with major organizations for both non-profit, for profit organizations and academic institutions. Clients have included: Blackrock, Burberry USA, Consumers Union, Covenant House Intl., Blackrock, CVS, ENT & Allergy, Investcorp, Jennison, NAPA (National American Partners in Anesthesiology, Prudential Investment Management Group, St John’s University, Weil Cornell.
Prior to building Breakwater, Jaye was one of the founders and President of Partners In Human Resources International, a full service human resources consulting firm. Where she served as president and provided leadership and strategic planning advice to their clients.
Jaye has designed and leads a leadership development program for City University of NY and New York City Opportunity, providing leadership skills for program managers and leaders in city agencies and non-profit organizations whose mandate is alleviating poverty.
Jaye is co-author of The Retirement Boom: The All-Inclusive Guide to Money, Life, and Health in Your New Chapter, Reboot Your Life: Enhance Your Career and Life by Taking a Break, and Venus Unbound, a guide to building self esteem in women.
Jaye served on the board of directors of Harlem Dowling Westside Center for Children and Family Services, a Preventive Service organization for 22 years. She serves on the Board of Worldview Development Intl., creating coastal sustainability initiatives. Jaye holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology from City College of the City University of New York.
