Leveraging her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Dr. Larson addresses client requests within the nuanced context of corporate culture, team dynamics, and individual personality. Dr. Larson has extensive experience across the public and private sectors, coaching senior executives, CTOs, Chief Engineers, and Founders at global organizations including Johnson & Johnson, eBay, Honda North America, the Department of Defense, the National Science Foundation, and Georgetown University.
