Complementing her coaching expertise, Arika is an accomplished eLearning Professional with a graduate degree in Adult Education. She excels at transforming complex subject matter into clear, interactive, and inclusive learning experiences. As an Instructional Designer & Developer, she works with business owners to design and implement innovative, scalable eLearning solutions, with a strong commitment to advancing accessibility in education and training, particularly for the Deaf community in the workplace.
Arika’s versatile background also includes developing curricula as a College Instructor and teaching English as a Second Language programs as a Language Specialist in Okinawa, Japan.
