He specializes in helping senior leaders—particularly C-suite executives and high-impact leaders in corporate, healthcare, education, and research settings—enhance their clarity, presence, and influence during times of change and complexity. His work is especially impactful for those leading major functions, enterprise-wide initiatives, or large teams navigating transitions.

Andre has worked across diverse industries, including technology (Google, DocuSign), healthcare (Duke Health, Boston Scientific), finance (Federal Reserve Bank, BNP Paribas), consumer goods (McDonald’s, Mars), and academia (Duke University, European Space Agency). His extensive sector experience enables him to tailor leadership coaching to unique organizational cultures and challenges. His clients value his ability to bridge high-level strategy with day-to-day leadership effectiveness.

Beyond individual coaching, Andre is known for designing and facilitating team coaching engagements and small group leadership sessions. He helps organizations align cross-functional teams, navigate leadership transitions, and drive cultural change. Whether guiding visioning sessions or restructuring efforts, he steps in at pivotal moments when teams need clarity, cohesion, and strategic direction.

Previously, Andre led the coaching practice at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), managing a $2.5 million business line and a faculty of over 400 executive coaches. He co-designed major initiatives including a €1 million feedback project for Novo Nordisk and coauthored the book Better Conversations Every Day, which offers a practical framework for fostering trust, collaboration, and leadership development across organizations.

Originally from the Netherlands and now based in North Carolina, Andre brings a global mindset to his coaching, with professional experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He holds degrees in Art History and Organizational Behavior, and is certified in several leading coaching tools. Personally, he is an avid swimmer and enjoys hiking with his wife and dog. Known for his grounded presence and strategic insight, Andre helps leaders uncover hidden dynamics, shift stuck perspectives, and lead with greater purpose and impact.
